1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MALTO ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
MALTO is an online marketplace that allows users to post, search, and browse listings across various categories including jobs, real estate, vehicles, home & furniture, buy & sell, services, events, and businesses in Malta and Gozo.
3. User Accounts
To post listings or save favorites, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
4. Listing Content
You are solely responsible for the content of your listings. Listings must be accurate, legal, and not misleading. MALTO reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing at its discretion. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: illegal goods, fraudulent offers, discriminatory content, spam, and counterfeit items.
5. Pricing
Standard listings cost €19 + applicable VAT for 30 days. Featured listings cost €49 + applicable VAT for 30 days. MALTO Business costs €99 + applicable VAT per month. Advertising costs €99 + applicable VAT for 30 days. Any launch promotion will be shown clearly at the point it is offered and may be changed or withdrawn by MALTO.
6. Moderation
All listings are reviewed by MALTO administrators before publication. Listings submitted with pending status will not appear publicly until approved. MALTO may remove any listing that violates these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
MALTO is a platform that facilitates connections between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of listings. MALTO is not liable for any damages arising from interactions between users or from reliance on listing content.
